If you are genuinely not pleased with your purchase then please contact us within 7 days. Please explain the reason for the dissatisfaction.
We cannot provide refunds for items that have been engraved incorrectly due to your supplying incorrect spellings, so please ensure your spelling is as you desire the engraving.
We cannot provide refunds for items that have been used or damaged. Returned items must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
We cannot refund postage and packing costs.

Recorded or special delivery can be arranged at extra cost if requested. We cannot refund items that don't arrive in the post - we always obtain proof of posting. Please allow 28 days for delivery. If a more urgent service is required then please let us know and we will try to accommodate you and agree a faster delivery.

If payment is by cheque, the item will not be shipped until cheque has cleared.
