Cleaning optics and cleaning moving parts are the main tasks required. We train our customers how to do this when they buy a machine, and also provide this service for our customers too.
And from time to time laser systems can break down, such as a power supply failure, or switch needing replacement. We hold stock of common spares and can get hold of all spares quickly direct from the manufacturer. With our Repair Service, we will get your laser machine up and running quickly.
In some cases, we are also able to help with other laser systems imported from China. For example a fabric cutting company in the UK decided to buy a laser from China but after a year it broke down. We were able to diagnose the problem and specify a UK sourced spare part to have the Company back up and running in just 2 days. Chinese lasers we have experience of repairing are Yueming Laser and Golden Laser. We may be able to help with other flat bed laser systems as they generally all have similar components and ways of working.
